Foundations Behavioral Health Services are offered for persons age 55 and over with a mental illness or cognitive decline that hinders daily life, who has become a threat to self or others, or is limited in self-care ability.
Mental health professionals are available 24 hours a day and are devoted to returning a stable foundation to our patient's lives and to those who care for them.
